PewDiePie included her in his game video just after she hit 50,000 subscribers, about one and a half months after her debut video. Taylor's Youtube channel had reached 100,000 users within 2 weeks. Taylor ceased to produce videos and uploaded them to her private. Her main reasons were technical problems, equipment issues, and also she was overwhelmed with her popularity. Following a long hiatus of about a month, she began making videos in the new year, such as the popular ASMR 10 Triggers to help You Sleep (35 million views as of August 2022). The YouTuber uploaded ASMR 20 triggers that help you sleep in July 2017. (38 million views by the end of August in 2022). In August 2017, she appeared interviewed in Shane Dawson's video and shortly thereafter, reached a million YouTube users. Wired UK reported that in February 2019, she made $1,000 per day through advertising on her YouTube channel

Helfer is a native of rural Donalda, Alberta, Canada and was the daughter of Dennis Elaine and Dennis Elaine Helfer. [2] Her ancestry is German, English. Swedish and Norwegian. She went to the William E. Hay Composite High School situated in Stettler (Alberta). She lived and worked at the farm of her family alongside her three sisters: Trena, Tammy and Tara. In the age of 17 a modeling scout at an agency spotted Helfer while waiting in line for a cinema.
